Greg McMullen Chief Executive Officer, Founder Mr. McMullen has been CEO, of Byte Size Concepts and Byte Size Tools since April 1999. Mr. McMullen has been managing and developing software and systems for over 18 years. Prior to founding Byte Size Concepts and Tools, Mr. McMullen was a Senior Consultant of Technology Enablers, Inc., and a workflow solutions provider. Mr. McMullen was also the MIS Director of ARI, Inc. for 6 years, where he focused his expertise mainly in the areas of management, database design, software development, and technical sales Mr. McMullen also spent 6+ years designing and developing Robotic automation projects for Thesis Group, Inc., a systems integration company. Mr. McMullen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, where he studied mechanical as well as electrical engineering. Mr. McMullen resides in Argyle, Texas with his wife and three children. |
| Jeff Conley Director of Business Development Mr. Conley has been Director of Business Development for PathLight, since January 2001. Mr. Conley founded, the Jeff Conley Corporation in 1994, where Mr. Conley works as a professional speaker and noted author. Prior to starting Jeff Conley Corporation, Mr. Conley was a featured speaker on Zig Ziglar's staff from 1988 until 1994. Mr. Conley was also Vice President of Business Development, for Perspective Portals, a privately held Internet provider of self-service human resource solutions provider. Mr. Conley is a graduate of the Josephson Institute of Ethics, located in Marina del Ray, California. Mr. Conley resides in Carrollton, Texas with his wife and two children. |
| Thomas Adcox Chief Technology Officer Prior to joining PathLight in July 2000, Mr. Adcox was Project Leader and Partner at Road Block-Aid LLP, a software development partnership. Prior to joining Road Block-Aid, Mr. Adcox was Chief Scientist-Senior Consultant from October 1995 until June 1997, and Chief Scientist from February 1992 until March 1995 at Adcox Technologies, Inc. Mr. Adcox was also Chief of Operations for Federal Division at First Pacific Networks, and Research and Development Board Member at E-Systems. Mr. Adcox received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Science degree from Amber University. Mr. Adcox resides in Nevada, Texas with his wife and children. |
| Chris Manning Director of Creative Services Mr. Manning is responsible for driving PathLight's creative success, through graphic arts and web design. After spending over ten years in the electronics industry as an electrical engineer, Mr. Manning transitioned to the field of web design in 1999. He most recently served as a web designer at Affiliated Computer Services. Mr. Manning began his career-serving clients in the regional banking, manufacturing, professional recording and retail industries. Mr. Manning received an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology. Mr. Manning resides in The Colony, Texas with his wife and three kids. |
| Jennifer LaFond Director of Marketing Prior to joining PathLight, Mrs. LaFond was the Senior Marketing Director for BasKidBall. Prior to joining BasKidBall, she was the Director of Marketing for Linda Lux Photography, a leading commercial and editorial photographer. At Linda Lux Photography, she drove new business efforts for Linda Lux Photography's 20+ industry specific marketplaces. Before joining Linda Lux Photography, Mrs. LaFond worked for DDB Needham, the leading advertising agency in the southwest. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Psychology from Southern Methodist University's Meadow School of the Arts and is working towards her Masters of Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University. |
